The National Food Suppliers Association plans to picket at the Ministry of Education over seven months of unpaid debts.
They accuse the government of deliberately frustrating the National Food Buffer Stock Company, affecting suppliers' operations.
Spokesperson Kwaku Amedume demands full payment, citing unexplained deductions of up to three thousand cedis. The association criticizes Buffer Stock for deducting 2-3% of their payments.
A press conference is scheduled for Monday to address the issue.
The association insists on serious picketing if the government fails to settle the arrears in full.
