Oppong Nkrumah to deliver 2024 Busia Lecture

The Busia Institute for Rural and Democratic Development (BIRDD) will host the 2024 Busia Institute Lecture on July 31, at Takoradi Technical University.

Themed "Housing the Future: Innovative Solutions for Rural Development in Ghana," the event will feature Works and Housing Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah as keynote speaker.

It will bring together policymakers, academics, and rural leaders to discuss innovative rural housing solutions.

Highlights include a dialogue session, an exhibition of housing ideas, and a fireside chat, all aimed at fostering partnerships and sharing knowledge for sustainable rural growth.
