PPP wants to assist committee probing EC with evidence

The Head of Political Science Department at the University of Ghana, Dr. Bossman Asare says the EC is still credible despite any evidence that will be brought against the three Commissioners of the EC being investigated for misconduct.

He said the exercise will entrench the beauty of the country's democracy. Dr. Asare spoke to George Asekere on Behind the News.

The General Secretary of the PPP, Murtala Mohammed said the party has applied to join the suit as it has evidence to provide before the commission investigating the EC Bosses for their alleged illegality.

He said this will help the commission to unravel the truth or other wise of the allegations.
