Government agencies like the National Identification Authority (NIA) and Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) have stopped operations, leaving citizens frustrated.

Sammy Kojo, trying to retrieve his Ghana Card for a SIM replacement, expressed his annoyance at the disruption, as it blocked his access to his mobile wallet funds.

Another affected citizen, Ben Aziz, traveled from Kasoa to apply for a Ghana Card, only to find services suspended, leaving him uncertain of what to do next.
