Robbers kill policeman in Upper Denkyira East, wound 2 officers

A police officer, identified as Evans, has been killed by armed robbers in Kwame Peprakrom, Upper Denkyira East Municipality.

The attack occurred on September 28, 2024, between 12 am and 1 am, when his patrol team was ambushed.

Two other officers were critically injured and rushed to Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for treatment.

Evans was attached to the Dunkwa Divisional Police Headquarters Armory.
