STC signs MoU with MUUS to operate 100 buses

Intercity STC Coaches Ltd (STC) has signed an MoU with Mumuni Seidu International (MUUS) and King Long Automotive to operate 100 buses in Ghana.

The buses will be delivered in August, with a revenue sharing arrangement of 20% for STC and 80% for MUUS.

MUUS will handle insurance, driver salaries, maintenance, and other costs. STC has the option to buy or lease the buses in the future.

The partnership aims to maximize STC's business operations, with a delegation visiting China to finalize the deal. Both companies expressed optimism about the collaboration.
