Mann argued that the bishop’s response lacked emotional intelligence and worsened the situation, failing to comfort the grieving families.

She suggested that while he knows biblical teachings on empathy, he struggles with expressing genuine emotion.

Mann urged Ghanaians to forgive the bishop, pointing out his difficulty in managing his emotions, despite his role as a spiritual leader.
