Stop trying to mislead the public on roads constructed – Agbodza fires Bawumia

Minority Chief Whip Kwame Governs Agbodza has criticized Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for failing to provide evidence of the 10,800 kilometres of new roads claimed in the 2022 State of the Nation Address.

Agbodza argued that the current administration’s focus on road maintenance and rehabilitation instead of new construction shows a decline in infrastructure progress compared to the previous administration under President Mahama, who delivered more road infrastructure with fewer resources.

He highlighted that recent budget reports reveal a significant reduction in road development, contradicting the government's claims of unprecedented progress.
