The Supreme Court has postponed ruling on the injunction applications by Dr. Amanda Odoi and journalist Richard Sky against the anti-LGBTQ bill's transmission to the President, opting to deliver it alongside the final judgment.

The five-member panel, led by Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo, decided an early trial would better serve justice.

The plaintiffs argue the bill violates Ghana's constitution and fundamental human rights. Dr. Odoi seeks to prevent the bill's transmission due to its potential financial implications.

The Attorney General and Speaker's counsel dispute these claims, stating no explicit constitutional violations. The case is adjourned indefinitely.
