The Chronicle reports that a 45-year-old clerk of the Produce Buying Company has appealed to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr. Peter Nanfuri, to prevail on the Western Regional Crime Officer to speed up investigations and prosecute a case in which the clerk, Mr. Amos Rosely, was nearly lynched by unidentified assailants at Samreboi for allegedly causing the genital shrinking of a colleague he had earlier shaken hands with.
