The Russian-Ukraine war could end if Trump wins, but it will continue if Kamala wins—Researcher

Kamal Alhassan, a researcher at the Centre for Public Opinion and Awareness, believes former U.S. President Donald Trump could help end the Russia-Ukraine conflict due to his strong ties with President Putin.

Speaking on Rainbow Radio, Alhassan noted that Trump has pledged to leverage his relationship with Putin if re-elected. However, he emphasized that Trump would need Congress’s support, especially given that Democrats back Ukraine.

Alhassan argued that a Trump victory could facilitate peace, while a Democratic win, including Kamala Harris’s potential leadership, would likely continue current U.S. support for Ukraine.
