Founder and Leader of Charismatic Anointing Ministries International, Prophet Bernard Owusu Ansah, has described as fake the recent ‘so-called prophecies’ of death concerning some famous personalities in the country.
He said such predictions are not of God and only done for fame.
In recent times, the Ghanaian media space has been dominated by prophets dishing out death prophecies in public.

Reacting to this in an interview with Zionfelix, Prophet Owusu Ansah said the fact that most of these revelations have not manifested is evident that they are being fabricated.
He said such unguarded statements only serve to breed tension and division among those involved as well as threaten the peace and stability of the country.
“These fake prophets are always frightening people. The victims are living in fear. Sometimes those prophecies to a larger extent influence their minds because they are walking around with thoughts that they will soon die. Nobody is going to die,” he said.
The prophet also cautioned pastors noted for being proponents of such prophecies of doom to desist from such utterances.
“A lot of these prophets are lying. Look, just get closer to God, pray your prayer. A lot of them always say that to get fame. Let me just misbehave and see how I will trend on social media. Or let me just cook up a story that Shatta Wale will soon die in an accident and see, the next day I’ll be a superstar.”
