Vincent Letsa Kobla Djokoto, a member of the NDC communications team, criticized Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia's trustworthiness regarding forest conservation, likening it to trusting a pyromaniac to control fires.
He accused the current administration of neglecting the depletion of forest reserves due to granting mining licenses to party affiliates, undermining efforts to protect the environment.
Djokoto emphasized that the government’s inaction on calls to revoke these licenses reflects a lack of integrity.
He urged voters to oust the NPP in the December 2024 elections, citing a need to end the current economic hardships and poor policies.
