Two to stand trial for soldier’s murder at Ashaiman

Samuel Tetteh and Abubakar Sadick have been committed to stand trial at the High Court for murdering Private Sherif Imoro, 21, at Ashaiman.

The TDC Magistrate Court in Tema discharged three other accused persons, Ibrahim Abdul Rakib, Safianu Musah, and Yusif Mohammed, who were linked to the case through a stolen phone.

However, Rakib and Musah were rearrested and will be arraigned later, while Mohammed was released.

Tetteh and Sadick allegedly attacked the victim, stabbed him, and stole his phone, which was later sold to the discharged individuals.
