U.S. Embassy transitions to new visa services provider, applicants urged to update accounts

The U.S. Embassy in Accra has switched to a new visa service provider as of August 26, 2024.

While existing visa interview appointments are unaffected, applicants must now use the new provider’s website for tasks like updating delivery preferences, reviewing account details, and scheduling interviews.

Requests for expedited appointments must be resubmitted if unanswered by August 16.

Those who paid the visa fee but haven't scheduled an interview can now do so through the new system.

The Embassy urges all applicants to update their accounts to avoid disruptions.
