Wasa Amenfi Traditional Council Reverse curse on Electoral Commission

The Wasa Amenfi Traditional Council has taken steps to reverse a curse placed on the Electoral Commission (EC) by the Wasa Amenfi Central NDC.

The curse, invoked last week, followed the EC’s disqualification of NDC parliamentary candidate Joana Gyan Cudjoe, causing significant controversy.

In response, traditional leaders performed rituals to appease their deities and restore community peace.

In an exclusive video, the council’s spokesperson emphasized their goal to prevent the curse’s effects.

The rituals included pouring libations, incantations, and sacrificing a ram to symbolize reconciliation and respect for ancestral beliefs.
