Members of the Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) remain firm in their six-week strike despite threats of salary freezes.
CETAG's Fedilis Kamaayi stated that members were prepared for such tactics and are even more determined, with some suggesting further salary withholdings until their demands are met.
The strike, which began on June 14, has disrupted academic activities, causing most students to leave campus.
Despite the Minister of Education's directive to freeze July salaries, Kamaayi expressed confidence in a resolution, citing the impact on final-year students and incoming admissions.
