Renowned lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata views Ghana’s brain drain as an opportunity rather than a setback.
Speaking at the 14th Leadership Dialogue by the Centre for Social Justice (CSJ), he highlighted the economic benefits of the diaspora, particularly through remittances, which often exceed earnings from natural resources.
Tsikata urged Ghana to focus on leveraging these contributions for national development, suggesting that the diaspora’s financial support and connections can be a strategic asset for the country’s growth.
