We can’t lose petroleum hub like Ghana Gas – Concerned Jomoro Youth

The Concerned Youth of Jomoro and the Jomoro Development Agenda have strongly supported the proposed $12 billion Petroleum Hub Development Corporation project, which has secured a 20,000-acre plot in Jomoro.

At a press conference, spokesperson Mark Asmah Arthur highlighted the project's potential to transform the local economy and create 780,000 jobs.

The group condemned past opposition that led to the loss of the Ghana Gas Processing Plant and vowed to resist any current efforts to derail the project.

They urged the government and partners to expedite its implementation for the region's development.
