We’re committed to providing accurate figures – Electoral Commission

The Electoral Commission (EC) has pledged to provide accurate data ahead of the December elections, following criticism over errors in the voter registration exercise.

Chairperson Jean Mensah assured the public that the overall voter statistics remain correct despite specific infographic errors.

Speaking to the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), Mensah explained the shift from using Coral Draw, which caused manual tabulation errors, to Excel for more accurate data presentation.

She emphasized the EC's commitment to transparency and building trust with the public.
