The Akufo-Addo-led government is working extra hard to reduce the housing deficit in the country, Second Lady Samira Bawumia, has said.
In addition to that, she said the government is also creating the enabling environment for young Ghanaians to start their own businesses. This, she said will contribute to solving the unemployment problems facing the country.
Mrs Bawumia was commenting on the 2018 budget statement read to parliament by Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta on Wednesday, 15 November.
“The Akufo-Addo government is making it easier for young Ghanaians to start and sustain businesses, and is committed to reducing the housing deficit by providing safe and affordable housing. We're putting Ghana back to work again!” she tweeted.
