We’re not responsible for payment delays – Zoomlion tells YEA operatives

Zoomlion Ghana Limited has clarified that it is not responsible for the delayed payments to operatives under the Youth Employment Agency’s (YEA) Sanitation Module.

According to Zoomlion, the delays are due to the government’s failure to release necessary funds, which are managed solely by the government and YEA.

Zoomlion emphasized that it only processes payments once funds are disbursed.

The company denied allegations of deducting fees from beneficiaries’ allowances and called for amicable dialogue to address grievances, urging beneficiaries to avoid statements that could harm its reputation.
