Rwandan referee Rurisa Patience Fidele has been designated as the main referee for the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations Group F qualifier between Ghana and Niger.
Fidele will oversee a Rwandan officiating crew, which includes Dieudonne Mutuyimana as Assistant Referee I and Didier Ishimwe as Assistant Referee II, with Jean Claude Ishimwe acting as the Fourth Official.
