Kurt Okraku, the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), has urged the Black Satellites to strive for victory in the upcoming 2025 U-20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

In his address to the team, Okraku encouraged them to aim for their fifth AFCON title under Coach Desmond Ofei's leadership.
Ghana's U-20 team first won the championship in 1993 in Mauritius, followed by victories in 1999, 2009, and most recently in 2021 in Mauritania. The 2025 U-20 AFCON will also serve as a qualifier for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile, with the top four teams gaining automatic entry.
