Bastir Samir to sign for World Map Promotions

Bastir Samir, a Ghanaian Super Middleweight boxer, is set to sign for World Map Promotions on a three-year deal.

Bastir, also known as the "Beast" had had a stellar career in boxing and he is expected to be unveiled by the top-notch boxing brand on Tuesday, December 26, 2018.

Ahead of the unveiling ceremony in Ho, Chief Executive of World Map Group, Mr Frank Gogo, has said, his outfit looks to unearth talent in boxing circles and help the boxers to achieve the ambition of winning world titles for Ghana.

He also added that his outfit would also promote talents and propel them onto the international in the quest to conquer and showcase Ghana’s boxing prowess.

Samir rose to fame in Ghana after defeating Braimah Kamoko also known as Bukom Banku in a non-title bout at the Bukom Boxing Arena back in 2017.
