Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo one card away from suspension as La Liga returns

Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo is one yellow card away from being suspended for in the Spanish La Liga.

The 24-year-old must avoid sanction against Villarreal on Saturday on the resumption of the league to feature against Valladolid next week.

The Ghana international had three accumulated cards before the suspension of the league due to coronavirus.

He is now just a card away from being suspended as Celta Vigo fight against relegation.

Three other players are also facing the prospect of suspension including Lucas Olaza, Santi Mina and goalkeeper Rubén Blanco.

Coach Óscar García Junyent must choose between the first-choice goalkeeper or youngsters Dragan Rosic or Iván Villar.
