Former GFA Vice President George Afriyie has criticized Kurt Okraku's administration for inconsistent leadership in managing the Black Stars' coaching staff.
He highlighted the frequent changes in head coaches since 2020—five in total—resulting in instability and poor results, including the failure to qualify for the 2025 AFCON.
Afriyie described the GFA's approach as "trial and error" and criticized the appointment of inexperienced coaches without strong support staff.
He stressed that such poor decisions have hindered the team’s progress and long-term success.
