The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has delivered buses to nine Division One League clubs to support their operations and improve football development.
The initiative, part of GFA President Kurt Okraku’s promise made at the 29th Ordinary Congress, benefits the top three teams from each Division One zone after the 2023/24 season.
The clubs receiving the buses include Young Apostles FC, Techiman Heroes FC, and Victory Club Warriors (Zone 1); Basake Holy Stars, New Edubiase FC, and Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs (Zone 2); and Vision FC, Okwawu United, and Hohoe United (Zone 3).
Okraku emphasized that the gesture is part of a broader strategy to empower clubs and ensure sustainable development. The initiative has been praised for improving the league's logistics and performance.
