Ghana's international rowing athlete

It is not at every regatta that we see an entry from Ghana at an international rowing event. In fact, the Samsung World Rowing Cup I here in Sydney, Australia is the first ever time a team from Ghana has attended such a regatta. But it looks like it won’t be the last time.
