FIFA instructor Edward Franklin praised Ghana's robust football system, capable of developing talent for national teams.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has established new developmental teams: U-16, U-18, U-19, and U-21 for boys, and U-16, U-18, U-19, U-21, and U-23 for girls. Additionally, U-15 teams for both genders act as feeders for U-17 categories.
At the FIFA Talent Development Scheme in Accra, Franklin highlighted Ghana's untapped talent, emphasizing the benefit of these efforts.
He noted Ghana's potential, as many African players excel in the Premier League, and stressed the importance of continuing talent development for future success.
