Ghana international John Paintsil has reiterated his desire to play in the Ghana Premier League before hanging up his boots.
The 34-year-old played for Berekum Arsenals and Liberty Professionals before travelling to Israel- his first destination abroad.
Now with South African side Maritzburg United, the versatile defender has revealed he would love to return to the Ghana top-flight.
He said: "I will play in the Ghana Premier League before I retire from professional football."
Paintsil played for West Ham United and Fulham in the English Premier League before an unsuccessful stint with Leicester City.
