Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom has signed for Major League Soccer Houston Dynamo from DC United in a swap deal, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 25-year-old signed for DC United in September and featured in just two league matches, one start.
Inkoom proved his value in the CONCACAF Champions League by assisting on two goals in three matches.
The Washington DC-based side decided to trade him and backup goalkeeper Joe Willis for Andrew Driver and a fourth-round 2016 Super Draft pick.
Inkoom, who can play as a winger and a right-back, joins with his experience from the 2010 and 2014 World Cups.
