Ghanaian defender Samuel Inkoom featured in his first match for Bulgarian side Dunav Rousse in their 2-0 win over Botev Vratza in a friendly on Thursday.
The former Asante Kotoko defender played in his favourite right back position for his new side.
With goals from Muhammad N’Diye in the 35th minute and Svilen Shterev four minutes later, Inkoom did not show signs of being jittery despite being on the sidelines for a little over a year.
Inkoom, 29, joined the club last Tuesday after serving a FIFA ban over issues of agency.
He signed a six-month contract with the club and will stay with Danuv until the end of the season.
