Ghana and Antalyaspor defender Samuel Inkoom is hoping that he builds on his impressive showing that saw him emerge as one of the best defenders in the Turkish league last season.
Inkoom joined Antalyaspor just six months into his three year deal with Boavista last season and emerged as one of the best defenders in the league with unmatched pace and power.
The 26-year-old Ghana international attracted interest from some clubs in Europe but Antalya resolved to hold on to their key players as they look to go into Europe this season.
Having played in 18 games across all competitions for the Turkish club, Inkoom is looking to build on from where he ended last season.
“I am ready to go again because I know very well that there are heightened expectations,” Inkoom said
‘”I am very well happy where I am looking to give off my best for the club.”
With over 50 caps for Ghana and having played with Dnipro and Basel Inkoom is one of the fasted right backs in the Turkish League.
