Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom was sent off in the first half of Boavista’s 1-1 draw game against Estoril in the Portuguese Super-Liga on Saturday afternoon.
The 26-year-old Ghana international was sent off after picking up his second yellow card on the 34th minute of the game.
Nigerian forward Uche Nwofor had given Boavista a lead but Inkoom complicated issues for his side by picking two yellow cards in quick succession to put his side a man down.
Leo Bonatini eventually equalized for the away side and ensured they picked a point from the game.
The sending off was Inkoom’s second of the season after he was sent off against Pacos de Ferreira earlier on in the season.
