Samuel Inkoom has joined Portuguese league side Boavista on a three year deal.
The right back has been inactive since he was traded by DC United to the Houston Dynamo in the MLS and has also been in the news over a legal tussle with his ex-landlord in Virginia who is suing him for ruining his property.
Inkoom is an experienced player who has played for Basel, Dnipro,Bastia and Platanias and has also been capped over 50 times by the Black Stars of Ghana.
The player at his signing reiterated his desire to make an impact at his new club.
"I will give everything for this club and hope to bring joy to the fans",Inkoom told Boavista's website.
