Property owner George Oti Bonsu has filed contempt charges, claiming her role in the unlawful demolition.

Although Samira Bawumia's family previously denied knowledge of the incident, defense lawyer Kofi Abotsi confirmed Hajia Ahmed’s identity in court.

Her lawyer explained that her absence in court is due to frequent travel as the ambassador's wife, sparking public interest in the high-profile case.
