Ghana international Samuel Inkoom was left frustrated after his side fell to their 3rd defeat in five games.

Serbia international Jagos Vukovic scored an 82nd-minute goal to condemn Antalyaspor to a 1-0 defeat in the Turkish Cup against Konyaspor.

Samuel Inkoom, who was playing in his fifth straight game for Antalyaspor [ three in Cup and 2 in the League], lasted the entire duration of the game but was left visibly disappointed after the final whistle.

“Obviously we are disappointed after failing to pick out anything from this game,” The 26-year-old told GHANAsoccernet.com

“We played well and created a lot of chances, but sometimes football is that way.”

“You create all the chances, and you are punished if you fail to finish them.”

“The game is behind us now, and we will look forward to the next one against Fenerbahce on Friday.”

Inkoom signed a two and half year deal with Antalyaspor after spending just six months in Portugal with Boavista.
