Spain won the 2024 European Championship, becoming the nation with the most Euros titles (four).
They triumphed over England 2-1 at Berlin Olympic Stadium, with goals from Mikel Oyarzabal and Nico Williams. Spain won all their group stage games and subsequent knockout matches, earning $30.7 million in prize money.
UEFA guaranteed each nation $10.1 million for participation, with additional earnings for wins at various stages. England, who drew twice and beat Serbia in Group C, lost in the final but earned $26.3 million.
In comparison, Cote D'Ivoire and Qatar won the 2023 AFCON and Asian Cup, earning $7 million and $5 million, respectively.
