Odoom has won two games, drawn one and lost a game after taking over from Kim Grant who was sacked after losing the match day one fixture to 2012 GPL champions Berekum Chelsea at the Accra Sports Stadium.

In an exclusive interview with Ghanaweb.com, he said "I love my fans and they have been following us since our game in Sogakope and Dansoman to cheer the team-up. I want the fans to replicate that by trooping to the stadium on Sunday in their Phobian jersey to cheer the team to victory and the win will be dedicated to them," said Edward Nii Odoom.

Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak have only won a game against Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium in the past 6 years.
