35-year-old commits suicide in Ogun

A 35-year-old man, Emmanuel Urhobocha, was found dead in his apartment in Sango-Ota, Ogun State, in an apparent suicide.

The incident occurred on Friday morning, just days after another suicide in the state.

Urhobocha's roommate, Obabiyi David, had earlier reported to the police that Urhobocha was acting irrationally and had attacked him with a knife.

When police arrived at the scene, they found the door locked from the inside.

After gaining entry, they discovered Urhobocha lifeless with a container of insecticide nearby.

The case is under investigation, with an autopsy pending.
