In Namibia's Zambezi Region, four children aged between three and six died after becoming trapped in an old, unused freezer while playing.
The children were found inside the freezer in Katima Mulilo on Monday afternoon.
Two of the children suffocated inside the freezer, while the other two died at the hospital.
Police believe the children were accidentally trapped and suffocated due to a hook on the freezer that could only be opened from the outside.
The cause of the freezer being left outside remains unclear as investigations continue.
