Edith Nyachuru, the sister of a 16-year-old boy who drowned at a Christian holiday camp in Zimbabwe, blames the Church of England for her brother's death.

Guide Nyachuru died in 1992 while attending a camp run by John Smyth, a known abuser who had previously been investigated in the UK for similar crimes.

Nyachuru's family has since received an apology from the Church, but she calls it "too little, too late" and urges church leaders to take responsibility for failing to intervene.
