As the principal deputy to the Mine Manager, he ensures the efficient operation of mining sites while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Selmah began his journey with the company during the rehabilitation of the Yekepa-Buchanan railway and has since progressed through various roles, including Acting Mine Manager.
Recognized as a high-potential employee, he received a scholarship to study mining engineering in Ghana.
