We seem to have failed in promoting highlife – Amandzeba

Veteran highlife musician Amandzeba criticized Ghanaians for not actively promoting and preserving highlife music, despite its cultural significance and global potential.

Speaking on Joy FM, he urged the media and public to support the genre's recognition by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage, noting that highlife's global influence deserves more local attention.
