Bayan kwashe kusan wata huɗu suna zaman saurare, alƙalan kotun ƙararrakin zaɓen shugaban ƙasa a Najeriya, sun shirya sanar da hukuncin da suka yanke.
Kotun wadda ta yi zamanta a Abuja, za ta sanar da hukunci uku kan ƙararrakin da wasu 'yan takara a zaɓen 25 ga watan Fabrairun 2023, suka shigar gabanta.
Atiku Abubakar, jagoran adawa a Najeriya, da Mista Peter Obi, ɗan takarar da ya zo na uku da kuma jam'iyyar APM, duka suna ja da sakamakon da ya bai wa Bola Tinubu nasara a zaɓen.
Hukunce-hukuncen da kotun ta ce za ta bayyana kai tsaye ta kafar talbijin "don inganta yin komai cikin gaskiya, ba tare da rufa-rufa ba," na da matuƙar muhimmanci ga makomar siyasar Najeriya.
A baya dai, kotun ta ƙi amincewa da buƙatar a riƙa nuna zaman kotun kai tsaye a talbijin.
Har yanzu, zaɓen, ɗaya daga cikin mafiya zafi da Najeriya ta gani, kuma da aka fi fafatawa tsakanin manyan 'yan takarar uku, bai daina tayar da ƙura ba, da janyo muhawara musamman tsakanin magoya baya a shafukan sada zumunta.
Hukuncin kotun na zuwa ne daidai lokacin da Bola Tinubu yake cika kwana 100 da hawa mulki. Hukumar zaɓe ta Najeriya (INEC) ta ce ya ci zaɓen watan Fabrairu, da yawan ƙuri'a 8,794,726.
Sai dai, manyan abokan takararsa sun ce ba su yarda ba, kowannensu na cewa shi ne ya yi nasara, don haka shi ya fi cancanta da halarcin zama shugaban Najeriya.
Magoyan bayan 'yan takaran musamman a shafin sada zumunta na X, tsohon dandalin Tuwita, suna bayyana kyakkyawan fata.
Wuƙa da nama duka yanzu, sun koma hannun alƙalan da za su raba gardama.
Tun ranar 1 ga watan Agusta, kotun mai alƙali biyar a ƙarƙashin jagorancin Mai shari'a Haruna Tsammani, ta yanke hukunci guda biyu, amma ta jingine su.
Sanarwar da babban magatakardan kotun, Umar Bangari ya fitar ranar Talata, ta ce sai wanda aka tantance ne kawai, za a bai wa damar kusantar ginin kotun.
