Ghana represented at World Armwrestling Congress

Ghana’s Armwrestling Federation is highly represented at the 2018 World Armwrestling congress currently ongoing in Turkey.

President and Vice of the Ghana Armwrestling Federation Mr. Charles Osei Asibey and Mr. Kofi Addo-Agyekum have touched base in Antalya, Turkey for the 40th World Armwrestling Championships/Congress.

The Congress started on October 12 and expected to last till 21st October 2018.

Ghana’s federation president Mr Charles Osei Asibey chaired the Africa Congress on Sunday presenting Africa’s report to the World Congress and a photo report of a successful event held a few months ago.

Ghana’s capital city, Accra, hosted the 2018 Africa Armwrestling Championships.

Meanwhile, Mr. Kofi Addo-Agyekum of Kofikrom Pharmacy has also been leading several Networking Meetings seeking for developing partners for Ghana Armwrestling.

However, Ghana has been highly praised for hosting a successful event -the Africa Championships which is one of the fastest developing sports in the world.

Team Ghana is part of over 1,200 Armwrestlers gathered in the host city of Antalya and will compete in the championships from Wednesday to Saturday.
