Gameboy's fight against Argenis Mendez postponed

The fight between Ghana’s Emmanuel ‘Game Boy’ Tagoe and former world champion Argenis Mendez on September 2nd at the Bukom Boxing Arena has been postponed.

According to local media report, the fight has been postponed because the Ghanaian suffered a groin injury whiles training.

The clash was supposed to be Tagoe’s first defense of his IBO lightweight title.

A new date for the duel is yet to be revealed.
