Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) launched its 2024 Customer Service Week under the theme "Above and Beyond."
Managing Director Yvonne Nana Afriyie Opare urged staff to prioritize exceptional customer service at Kotoka International Airport and regional airports.
She highlighted the need to exceed customer expectations in the competitive aviation industry.
The event included the launch of the "Spot it, Sort it, and Escalate it" initiative, encouraging accountability and proactive issue resolution.
A Service Pledge was signed by management, staff, and stakeholders to commit to delivering outstanding customer experiences. The week will feature forums, quizzes, and stakeholder engagements.
