Kotlers Management Limited has opened the third edition of its Banking and Insurance Fair, at the National Theatre in Accra.
The two-day event will serve as a financial literacy forum where exhibitors can educate and explain to the public and customers their various products and services as well as inculcate the habit of securing life and properties through
Managing Director of Kotlers Management limited, Samuel Ogyiri Sackey said his outfit has been unable to establish the fair which started in 2007 as an annual event due to numerous challenges.
He was however hopeful that they would be able to sustain it as an annual event and urged all “stakeholders to be part of the subsequent events”.
He announced that the fair would be extended to other regions in the near future.
Mr Sackey stated that “most products on the market are engineered from within the producers’ quarters and aimed at satisfying the customer. The real feedback of experience from customers are not sorted and factored in most cases” hence the choice of the theme for the fair “Understanding the Customer”.
Several organisations such Ghanaweb, uniBank, Enterprise Life, National Investment Bank, SIC Life and Ecobank are exhibiting their products and services at the event which closes on Friday, August 11.
The National Health Insurance Scheme also has a stand at the fair where interested persons can register and renew their cards.
